We're Hiring: IT Manager (Networking & Systems Expert)


Location:
Johar Town, Lahore


Shift:
10 AM – 6 PM (On-site, Full-Time)

We're looking for an
experienced IT Manager
with strong expertise in
networking, IT infrastructure, and system administration
. This role will oversee IT operations for both our
call center
and
software house
, ensuring smooth systems, secure communication, and reliable support.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and implement network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless)
  • Configure and maintain
    servers, firewalls, and cloud environments
  • Oversee and troubleshoot
    corporate email systems
    (Gmail, Outlook, domain configs)
  • Manage IT tools, SaaS subscriptions, and licenses across the company
  • Provide IT support for
    call center operations
    (VoIP, dialers, headsets, internet stability)
  • Ensure
    data security, backup, and disaster recovery
    systems
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless IT integration into business operations
  • Stay up to date with networking, IT security, and infrastructure best practices


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as
    IT Manager / Network Administrator / System Admin
  • Strong knowledge of
    TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VoIP
  • Hands-on with
    server management, email setup, and cloud systems
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools (CRMs, project management, communication platforms)
  • Experience with
    VoIP systems & IT support for call centers
  • Understanding of
    software house IT environments
  • Certifications like
    CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, MCSE
    (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
