We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry insights to adjust strategies.

Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Manage and mentor junior BD team members (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Experience in international markets (preferred).

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
