Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Manager – IT Services to oversee daily IT operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills to manage teams, projects, and client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily IT operations and ensure all services run smoothly.
  • Manage and support teams handling network, system, and technical services.
  • Monitor service performance and implement process improvements.
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet client and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain reports on performance, uptime, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards.
  • Support management in budgeting, planning, and strategy for IT operation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and support services.
  • Experience managing teams and client communication.
  • Good understanding of ITIL or service management principles.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
