Digital Red Tech
is looking for a "Customer Service Representative" for their
design and development
unit. The candidate must be motivated and energetic. This opportunity is for those who want to have a certain amount of growth in their career.

Role Description

  • Ability to make and manage a large number of calls daily.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through research and direct outreach.
  • Present and promote company products/services to clients.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools/ scripts.

Do you have some of these?

  • Minimum academic qualifications: Matric or O/A Levels or intermediate.
  • Fresh or proven experience of at least 1 year in the customer service department or a Call Centre.
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent at speaking English.
  • Good listening power.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fix Basic Salary: upto 45,000.
  • Performance-based bonuses & incentives.
  • Work-life balance model, 5 working days and alternate Saturday.
  • Handsome Commission.
  • Attendance allowance.
  • Fuel Allowance.

Location: Jauhar block 7, Karachi.

Type: Onsite.

Available Shifts: 08:00 pm to 03:00 am.
