We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Females) Customer Service Representative to join our UAE-based real estate team while operating remotely from Karachi, Pakistan. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication, resolving concerns, and supporting our client's UAE operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to assist clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about projects, services, and payments.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with UAE-based Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Document all interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Build positive client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
