Accounts Executive

We are Seeking an Accounts Executive to handle daily financial transactions, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role includes tax compliance, audit support, and ensuring accurate, well-classified financial records.
Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts).
Maintain accurate general ledger entries, journals, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets using any accounting software.
Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and customer invoices.
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage petty cash transactions.
Assist with VAT, GST, or other local tax entries and filings .
Maintain compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Correspond directly with client to obtain details regarding unidentified transactions. Ensure all transactions are categorized correctly for accurate reporting.
Identify, investigate, and resolve unclassified or unclear financial transactions.
Skills
Good verbal communication - Organizing and planning - Dsciplined & Detail oriented
MS Excel, ERP inputs preffered for utlization of any accounting software
