Horizon Tech is hiring a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of exclusive experience in email marketing, specifically using Mailchimp. The candidate will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns for our B2B product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, design, and execute B2B email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Segment audiences and build advanced automation flows for different buyer types.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
  • Open Rate
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR)
  • Order Rate / Conversion Rate
  • Source and connect data from Mailchimp, Google Analytics, CRM, and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or internal order systems).
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve engagement.
  • Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain clean list hygiene.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align email content with goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of exclusive experience in email marketing (preferably in B2B product environments).
  • Advanced experience using Mailchimp, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of improving email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Ability to pull and analyze data from Mailchimp, CRM tools, Google Analytics, and order systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong copywriting and visual design sense for email campaigns.

  • Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Full Time).
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
