Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale Facebook ad campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and the ability to deliver measurable results. Experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Digital Marketing ad campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale Facebook ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing strategies and tools.
- Preferably, prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
