Job description:

  • Follow daily work schedules and SOPs.
  • Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis (e.g., water, bulk, finished products, stability).
  • Prepare and standardize reagents and test solutions.
  • Conduct sampling and testing for bulk hold time, validation, and comparative dissolution.
  • Ensure timely equipment calibration and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to cGMP, GLP, and company policies.
  • Maintain inventory via ERP systems (e.g., Bizztrax).
  • Document test results accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare SOPs, specifications, and test methods.
  • Train new staff and take charge in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
