Noor Brands is a growing FMCG distribution company, bringing premium international and local brands to consumers across Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our expanding sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day sales operations and coordination.
  • Support sales team with order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal departments for smooth execution of sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com (Preferred)
  • Experience: 1 year as Sales Coordinator (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and team player.
