Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential UK customers.
  • Promote products and services effectively to achieve targets.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with consistency.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales or BPO for UK-based campaigns.
  • Exceptional English communication with a clear UK accent.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge preferred.

Compensation

  • Base salary (competitive market rate).
  • Uncapped commission on sales performance.
  • Monthly incentives and performance-based rewards.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
