Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated
Digital Marketing Associate
with a strong focus on
Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, optimizing budgets, and analyzing performance to drive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copies and landing pages.
  • Prepare reports with actionable insights for campaign improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking and conversion measurement tools.
  • Ability to handle ad budgets effectively and achieve KPIs.
