Role Summary

Flight Way is seeking a highly motivated and passionate AI & Automation Specialist to drive our technological transformation. Yeh role hamari travel agency ke saaray operations ko AI ke zariye automate aur optimize karne par focus karega. Hum aise candidates ko tarjeeh denge jo is field mein apna career aur portfolio banana chahte hain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Strategy: Poori company (ticketing, visa, sales, HR) ke liye AI aur automation ki strategy tayyar karna.
  • Conversational AI Development: Advanced Call Bots aur Chat Bots banana taake customer inquiries ko CRM system se connect karke behtar tareeqay se handle kiya ja sake.
  • CRM & Sales Workflow Optimization: Client data handling, lead assignment, aur follow-up processes ko AI se automate karna.
  • AI Tooling: Travel Agency ke specific zarooriyat ke liye custom AI tools (maslan: automated documentation review, pricing analysis) develop karna.
  • Maintenance & Deployment: Banaye gaye sabhi AI solutions ko deploy karna, unki performance monitor karna, aur unko maintain karna.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's ya Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, ya koi related technical field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, aur Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Passion: Technology aur automation mein gehri dilchaspi aur unhein practical business problems par apply karne ka jazba.
