Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with leads and clients to nurture long-term business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies that lead to successful conversions.
  • Pipeline Management: Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.

  • Client Engagement: Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to drive new business.

  • QualificationsExperience in business development and lead generation, specifically on LinkedIn and other social platforms.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and tailor offerings to client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to achieve growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
