Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is seeking a highly talented and dedicated individual to join our Customer Support Team.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Officer located in Islamabad. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The representative will answer inbound calls, respond to patient queries and complaints, and resolve customer issues. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for conducting the follow up of existing patient to improve the patient conversion rate.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound patient calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Providing accurate information about products/services and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Resolving patient concerns and issues promptly to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Recording and maintaining detailed patient interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve service goals.
  • Following company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent consistent experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
