IT Support Officer

Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Full-Time

About the Role

Silver City is seeking a talented IT Support Officer to strengthen our IT operations. The right candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functionality of systems, provide technical assistance to staff, and manage our custom CRM in coordination with vendors and developers.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, servers, and networking issues.

Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, systems, and data security.

Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.

Coordinate with CRM vendors and developers to maintain, update, and troubleshoot the custom CRM.

Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols are implemented.

Conduct system audits and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Maintain IT documentation, manuals, and support guides.

Train and guide staff on IT tools and ensure smooth system usage.

Requirements

Education: BSIT or equivalent.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support.

Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity.

Proven experience in handling custom CRM systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with external vendors.
