About the Role:

Guava Pro Solutions is seeking a QA Executive to join our Telecom Campaign team. The ideal candidate will ensure top-notch call quality, compliance, and performance consistency within our call center operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls for quality and adherence to campaign standards.

Ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal performance metrics.

Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to agents and supervisors.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.

Collaborate with training and operations teams to enhance service quality and process efficiency.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling performance data.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of QA experience in a Telecom or Call Center environment.

Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QA documentation/reporting tools.

Strong understanding of quality monitoring, KPIs, and calibration processes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
