Position: Junior Online Bidding Expert – Freelancer / Upwork

Red Feather Tech is seeking a talented Junior Online Bidding Expert with hands-on experience in platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. The ideal candidate must be a Computer Science graduate with at least 1 year of professional bidding experience. If you have strong communication skills, understand IT services, and know how to win projects online, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through Upwork or Freelancer (mandatory)
  • Write tailored, winning proposals to secure projects
  • Identify and qualify potential clients to build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to prepare project estimates/proposals
  • Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets
  • Maintain detailed records of bids, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Stay updated with latest market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of professional bidding experience on Upwork/Freelancer (required)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to prepare project documentation and cost breakdowns
  • Target-oriented with strong client-handling & negotiation skills
  • Availability to work 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM on-site

Eligibility:

  • Computer Science Graduate (completed)
  • At least 1 year of professional bidding experience
  • Fresh graduates will not be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
