Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Primary ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Denial Resolution

  • Oversee and manage pending insurance claims to minimize overall Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Conduct daily review and follow-up of claim denials to ensure timely resolution.
  • Evaluate ERA reports to detect frequent denial reasons and recommend corrective action.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor appeals for denied or underpaid claims with required documentation.
  • Identify and resolve payment variances; escalate complex cases to the Billing Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain updated AR aging reports and provide consistent weekly and monthly updates.
  • Manage claims related to specialized services such as TMS, Spravato, and psychological assessments.
  • Work closely with the Billing Manager to meet established AR reduction and recovery goals.

Patient & Provider Coordination

  • Address billing-related queries from patients, providers, and internal departments promptly.
  • Verify and correct patient account details before initiating any collection activities.
  • Collaborate with providers to amend claim issues, including coding and documentation errors.
  • Coordinate with insurance payers regarding authorizations, eligibility, and network requirements.
  • Resolve patient concerns professionally and process refunds where applicable.

System & Process Efficiency

  • Create and track support tickets in eClinicalWorks (eCW) to resolve billing issues efficiently.
  • Assist teammates with training and guidance on AR and denial workflows.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based billing teams to ensure accurate and timely claim submission.
  • Participate in team performance meetings, analyze trends, and propose operational improvements.
  • Stay updated on payer policies, regulatory changes, and medical billing standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month
