Assistant Manager – Real Estate Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Verify all
    Fard for Record
    /
    Fard for Baye
    received from sellers in coordination with the Executive REMD.
  • Inform the Head of Department (HoD) about any anomalies or discrepancies before initiating the buying process.
  • Prepare documentation for the sale or purchase of land.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Office for completion of Sales Deed, Mutation, and other legal formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, finance vouchers, and challans.
  • Reconcile records with the finance department and follow up on pending payments.
  • Process all government dues and payments, including vendor payments and dealer commissions, through the finance department.
  • Liaise with Government Departments (TMA, Revenue Office, etc.) for land-related matters.
  • Update the HoD regarding offers received from SBPs.
  • Prepare and maintain statements of accounts and bills.
  • Ensure all documents, revenue records, and files are digitized.
  • Conduct physical verification of land with SBP and REMD Executive.
  • Provide all relevant documentation (original sale deeds, mutation copies, government dues receipts, etc.) to the QIL Finance Department upon case closure.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of land laws, revenue records, and government procedures.
  • Excellent coordination and liaison skills with government offices.
  • Proficient in record-keeping and financial reconciliation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in land records management, property verification, or related roles.
  • Age: 25–30 years.
