We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to grow our design and development services on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bidding, lead generation, client communication, and closing deals related to web design, UI/UX, branding, and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Develop winning proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.
  • Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines with clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (proposals sent, projects won, revenue generated).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in 
    business development/sales
     for 
    design & development services
     on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of design and development services (UI/UX, web/app development, branding, etc.).
  • Ability to draft 
    compelling proposals
     and portfolios.
  • Negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

Target required: $3k-$10k

Shift: Night (6pm to 3am)
