Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is an expert in Google Ads and has a strong background in Social Media Management, Graphic Designing (including video editing), and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a proven track record in driving ROI through paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Google Ads Management

➔ Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.

➔ Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

➔ Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies for improvement.

●Social Media Management

➔ Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

➔ Schedule and publish content that drives engagement and builds brand presence.

➔ Monitor performance and create monthly analytics reports.

● Meta Ads Management

➔ Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).

➔ Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

● Graphic Design & Video Editing

➔ Design eye-catching creatives for ads and social media.

➔ Edit short-form videos for ads and social platforms.

➔ Maintain consistent branding across all materials.

Requirements:

● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

● 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management and Graphic Designing.

● Meta Ads experience of about 6 months to 1 year.

● Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), and social media scheduling platforms.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.

● Excellent communication and time-management skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
