Role Description

We are seeking a
Taxation & Invoicing Executive
to manage, prepare, and maintain all documentation related to
sales tax, invoicing, and government compliance
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax regulations, accuracy in financial reporting, and a proactive approach to maintaining timely submissions and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue
    sales tax invoices
    in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Ensure all
    sales tax returns, challans, and reports
    are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Maintain proper records for
    sales tax input/output adjustments
    and related reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify
    billing details and customer information
    before invoicing.
  • Assist in
    sales tax audits
    by providing required documentation and support.
  • Monitor
    regulatory changes
    in tax laws and ensure compliance with latest FBR requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities as needed.
  • Maintain
    digital and physical filing systems
    for all tax-related records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
    .
  • 2–3 years of experience in
    sales tax, accounting, or invoicing
    roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    FBR, PRA/SRB
    procedures and relevant tax portals.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or local systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
