Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and process sales invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Handle accounts receivable operations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for audit and compliance.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Assist auditors and support process improvements when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional certification (ACCA, ICMA, CA Inter, etc.) will be considered a plus.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and bookkeeping.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

(Bonus) Experience with any ERP or accounting software, like QuickBooks, will be an advantage.

Experience:
2–3 years (minimum 2 years preferred)
