Job Summary:

The Manager of Business Development for Digital Services will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across our core offerings: Web & App Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing (SMM). This role requires a strong understanding of the digital landscape, exceptional B2B sales acumen, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to executive-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Sales Growth: Develop, execute, and own the strategic business plan to achieve ambitious revenue targets across all digital services, leading the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to contract closure.

  • Consultative Proposal Development: Collaborate effectively with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to create compelling, customized proposals and presentations that clearly align our complex technical solutions (Web/App/Software Development) with client business objectives and budget.

  • Digital Service Expertise: Act as the primary sales expert, fluently selling and consulting on custom Web & App Development, bespoke Software Development (enterprise and platform modernization), and advanced SEO/SMM strategies.

  • Pipeline Management & Market Intelligence: Accurately forecast the sales pipeline, maintain detailed CRM records of all activities, and continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new service opportunities.

  • Client Partnership and Expansion: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner, ensuring a smooth transition to delivery teams, and proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience, including a minimum of three years focused on selling Digital Agency services or custom Software Development, with a verifiable history of consistently exceeding large annual quotas

  • Deep, functional understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern digital marketing methodologies, specifically SEO, SEM, and SMM.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or Computer Science), coupled with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and overall communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.

  • Prior experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup/agency environment.

  • A professional certification in a relevant area (e.g., PMP, HubSpot Sales, Google Ads).
