𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

We are seeking a seasoned 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 to join our Lahore team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a central role in integrating environmental strategies into infrastructure, architectural, urban development, and donor funded projects. The position involves impact assessments, policy analysis, monitoring frameworks, and sustainability planning, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet local, regional, and global standards.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Provide technical leadership on environmental planning, compliance, and sustainability integration within infrastructure, urban, and climate-resilient programs.

Develop and implement environmental and sustainability frameworks aligned with both national regulations and international good practices (ADB SPS, World Bank ESF, etc.).

Conduct policy and regulatory analyses, ensuring environmental considerations are embedded in urban planning and infrastructure projects.

Lead climate adaptation strategies, nature-based solutions, and resource management planning.

Prepare environmental management frameworks, thematic studies, and monitoring systems on biodiversity, water resources, air quality, and waste management.

Mentor junior staff and build capacity of stakeholders and client institutions.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline (PhD preferred).

8–12 years of professional experience across infrastructure, urban development, sustainability consulting, or donor-funded projects.

Expertise in climate adaptation, natural resource management, pollution control, and environmental governance.

Strong knowledge of both national environmental policies and international safeguard frameworks.

Proven ability to work with multilateral development partners, governments, and private sector clients.

Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
