urban planning, architecture, infrastructure design, and sustainability consulting
is expanding its dynamic Business Development team.

We are looking for a
passionate, detail-oriented, and articulate Business Development Executive / Proposal Engineer
to support our growth in local and international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write
    technical and financial proposals
    ,
    EOIs
    , and
    RFP responses
    for consultancy and donor-funded projects.
  • Conduct
    market research
    to identify new business opportunities, funding prospects, and potential partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to craft well-structured, persuasive, and competitive bids.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and donor guidelines (ADB, World Bank, UN, USAID, etc.).
  • Prepare
    corporate presentations
    , concept notes, and capability statements for business promotion.
  • Manage proposal documentation, maintain project databases, and support
    grant writing
    and
    capacity statements
    .


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command over
    proposal writing, report structuring, and business communication
    .
  • Excellent
    presentation skills
    with the ability to translate technical ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    and familiarity with
    graphic tools
    such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Creative Suite for proposal layouts.
  • Analytical mindset with skills in
    market and policy research
    .
  • Sound understanding of
    urban planning, architecture, environmental, or infrastructure
    sectors (preferred).
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.


Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline
.


Experience:
1–3 years in business development, proposal coordination, or grant writing.
