Job Description

The person should be expert in following working areas:

  • Manage critical operations of core location and support access network.
  • Develop future policies and implement existing SOPs for facilities operations/maintenance.
  • Support the internal teams in space and power allocation.
  • Support Txn, access and IP teams at the remote sites for the survey and new installation activities.
  • Vendor management / Track third-party support teams performance towards contractual obligations.
  • Ensure the timely availability of projects based on O&M requirements for execution of task and completion.
  • Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports related to power & HVAC to discuss the requirements of timely replacement / upgrade in infrastructure with management.
  • Designing of robust AC and DC Power Systems & must be capable to design & read SLD.
  • Sustained data center environment for telecom operations.
  • Preparation of the 0+12 budget and its implementation.
  • OPEX savings by consolidating space and power resources.
  • Preparation and vetting of BOQs, BOMs, PRs and Purchase Orders.
  • Technical evaluation of RFPs, RFQs, tenders and issuance of technical reports.
  • Timely allocation of resources for speedy rectification of faults to ensure internal and external customer' satisfaction.
  • Ensure protection of Power equipment vulnerable to environmental condition.
  • Tracking of projects and ensure completion within timelines defined in contracts.
  • Preparation of Data and identifying the problems of Power related issues.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelors in electrical power engineering
  • Minimum 7-10 Year of Experience
  • Experience for telecom power will be preferred.
  • Must have hands on experience.
