Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills who can foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. * Oversee payroll, benefits, and attendance management. * Monitor and evaluate employee performance and development. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. * Support management with workforce planning and organizational development. * Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. * Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. * Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
