Job Summary

The International Customer Service Specialist (Back Office) is responsible for providing high-quality support to international clients by managing inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. This is a non-voice/back-office role that requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during night-shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer inquiries through email, CRM, and ticketing systems.
  • Process orders, updates, data entries, and follow-ups with accuracy.
  • Investigate issues related to shipments, billing, products, or account support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Meet service-level targets for response time, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international service standards.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of back-office processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of international customer service or back-office experience.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or data-entry platforms.
  • Ability to work during full night shift on-site in Karachi.
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
