International Customer Support

- Fixed salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 65,000 (based on experience).
- Ability to work during night shift (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Friday).
We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an international calling campaign and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.
- Record and update customer details in the system.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in an international calling campaign.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work during night shift (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Must be punctual and team-oriented.
Salary & Benefits:
