Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle their queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and projects.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share regular reports, feedback, and updates with clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate.
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a passion for customer success.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, customer support.
