About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Growth Intern
to join our Growth team. This is an 
entry-level position
 ideal for someone eager to start their career in business development, sales, or marketing. Your primary responsibility will be conducting 
LinkedIn outreach
 using 
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
 to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use 
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
     to identify, research, and connect with potential clients.
  • Send personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Maintain a clean and organized database of prospects and outreach activity.
  • Support the sales team by booking meetings and managing communication with leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Track engagement metrics and share performance insights regularly.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using 
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
     and other prospecting tools.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
