We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and procedures.
  • Identify and report recurring issues or process improvements to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
