Responsibilities

·      Assist Project Managers in coordinating project activities, resources, and information.

·      Ensure project documentation is maintained, updated, and properly filed.

·      Communicate with clients to identify/clarify project requirements/scope.

·      Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth execution of projects by monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.

·      Prepare and distribute project reports and timelines.

·      Support quality assurance processes by ensuring project standards are met.

·      You will work alongside Project Managers to ensure project requirements are understood.

·      Assist in maintaining the quality of deliverables by coordinating between teams.

·      Develop in-depth knowledge of the oomi and client domains to support project success.

·      Enhance your skills in project coordination and management within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualification and Experience

· years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably with web-based applications.

·      Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CASE tools (JIRA, Trello, Visio).

·      Strong analytical and organizational skills.

·      Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.

·      A proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
