Sales & Marketing Executive (Basic + Commission)

About the Role
Travel Docs Pro is expanding its team in Karachi We're seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive our visa and travel service sales, engage with clients, and help us grow our brand across Pakistan and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
- Promote company services including visa processing, travel consultation, and documentation support.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.
- Assist in creating marketing content and digital campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report results to management.
- Represent the company professionally with excellent communication and customer service.
Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of travel, visa, or immigration services is a plus.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
- Fresh candidates with confidence and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: PKR 15,000 per month
- Commission: 20% on confirmed sales (no cap on earnings)
- Bonuses & incentives based on performance
