About the Role

Softaims is hiring a
Tech Growth Associate

—a role for Computer Science grads who want to
stay in tech, but not necessarily in coding.

What You'll Do

  • Talk to potential clients and understand their needs
  • Use your tech knowledge to suggest the right solutions
  • Set up meetings with our sales team
  • Build and manage your own lead pipeline
  • Follow up with clients and support them during their journey
  • Work with internal teams for smooth handovers

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills

(spoken and written)
- Degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred but not required)
- Strong interest in technology and software services
- Confident in cold calling and building client relationships
- Experience in lead generation or B2B sales is a plus
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Slack, Zoom, and Salesforce tools
