Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development and Email Support Executive based in Lahore. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and maintaining proactive communication with clients. Responsibilities include identifying and following up on leads, developing and nurturing client relationships, and providing timely and effective email support to address client inquiries and concerns. Collaboration with internal teams to strategize business growth and maintain excellent customer satisfaction will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management, with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and email correspondence
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in IT or BPO services is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
