Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a Manager Customer Support. The Manager Customer Support will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer support team. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional support to customers, monitoring service levels, handling and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, developing support strategies, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and leading customer support teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
