Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
  • Train and educate customers on software and hardware systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and resolve complex problems
  • Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates and communicating effectively
Requirements
  • Open to individuals from all educational backgrounds, including students and recent graduates
  • Strong interest in gaining experience in a professional setting
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to engage in various activities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus
