About the Role

Crickslab (Private) Limited is hiring Sales & Support Executives
who are passionate about sports and ready to begin their careers in the sports technology field.

This position suits fresh BBA or MBA graduates who have a genuine interest in cricket and want to learn how sales, operations, and customer relations work within a sports-focused company. You will help clubs, leagues, and partners use Crickslab's platform and ensure they have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales activities, proposal preparation, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Help onboard clubs, leagues, and associations to the Crickslab platform.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide basic support and guidance.
  • Keep track of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Work with the marketing and operations teams to support events and campaigns.
  • Attend matches or sports events when needed to assist the team.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA or MBA).
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Strong interest in sports, especially cricket.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with teams.
  • Basic understanding of customer service and sales processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
