Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to manage our official social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. The candidate should be able to create engaging content, write professional captions, and maintain the organization's online presence effectively.

A basic understanding of HR or organizational activities will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (posts, captions, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Handle official pages and ensure timely posting and consistency in tone and message
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments for event updates, highlights, and announcements
  • Plan monthly social media calendars and monitor engagement
  • Suggest creative ideas to increase reach and visibility
  • Keep track of social media trends relevant to corporate communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Management, or HR (or a related field)
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of HR-related content will be an advantage
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
