International Customer Support Representative

Compensation Package:
Monthly earnings range from PKR 63,000 to PKR 78,000, comprising a base salary between PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 combined with performance incentives of PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+
Available Shifts:
- Evening operations: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT
- Night operations: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT
Primary Duties
- Address and resolve customer concerns through phone, email, and live chat systems
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Advocate company products and services to increase customer loyalty
- Work with cross-departmental teams to ensure effective problem resolution
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Flexibility to work either of the specified night shifts
