Shift Options (Monday to Saturday):

  • 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM PKT
  • 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT
  • 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT
  • 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT
  • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Build strong international customer relationships
  • Promote company products and services effectively
  • Collaborate with internal support teams for issue resolution

Requirements

  • 1+ year customer support experience
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Full night shift availability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 40, ,000 per month
  • Monthly Incentives: PKR 20, ,000+
  • PKR 3,000 monthly punctuality allowance
