Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month + PKR 20,000 Monthly Incentives

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

  • Option 1: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT
  • Option 2: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT

Role Summary

Deliver premium customer support to global clients during night shifts from our Karachi offices. Secured female dropoff service available near Block 13C in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and near Darul Sehat Hospital in Gulistan-e-Johar for employee safety and convenience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Resolve international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Build strong client relationships to boost customer retention
  • Promote company products to global audiences
  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year of international customer service experience
  • Professional fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Availability for night shift schedules (6:00 PM-2:00 AM or 10:00 PM-6:00 AM PKT)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred
