Customer Support Specialist in Dispatch
, I am responsible for ensuring smooth communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams to coordinate timely and efficient service delivery. My role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, real-time problem-solving, and efficient dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service requests, delivery status, and scheduling.
- Coordinate and dispatch service personnel or drivers based on availability, location, and priority of service.
- Monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time performance and update customers on any changes or delays.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, delivery information, and communication logs in internal systems.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and field teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Use dispatch software and communication tools to manage and optimize routing and assignments.
