Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Modern Trade ILMT & LMT position, located on-site in the Karachi Division. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with retailers and distributors, strategizing sales plans to increase market penetration, and ensuring product visibility and availability. The role involves overseeing merchandising, promotions, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate will also be required to perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Managing logistics and inventory levels, coordinating with the supply chain, and providing regular performance reports are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in merchandising and sales management
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and retail trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in logistics and inventory management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry is a plus
