Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources from any reputable university in Lahore. Candidates with less than one year of recruitment experience will also be considered.

The Recruitment Associate will focus on hiring software engineers with excellent communication skills for our staff augmentation projects. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage people effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist software engineers for remote U.S.-based roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Fresh Grads or Experience of up to 1 year in recruitment will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
