Executive Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who plays a vital role in supporting the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and managing communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders. This position combines high-level administrative expertise with strong project management and digital communication skills. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage dynamic responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and event schedules, ensuring smooth logistics and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate and execute meetings, conferences, and special projects, including agendas, minutes, action items, and progress tracking to meet deadlines.
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment, collaborating with administrative staff to maintain efficient workflows.
- Support event planning and management, including vendor coordination, bookings, on-site execution, and promotional activities via social media and digital marketing.
- Assist in planning and posting social media content, maintaining content calendars, responding to client messages, and coordinating with designers and content teams to maintain a strong online presence.
- Prepare and organize documents, briefs, presentations, reports, and correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Occasional travel within the city may be required to support events, meetings, and other operational needs.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in executive support or coordination roles (corporate experience preferred).
