Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing patient appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with professional phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties including welcoming patients and ensuring a smooth front desk operation. The role will also involve understanding and using medical terminology accurately, and performing various administrative tasks within a medical office setting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
  • Strong phone etiquette skills
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist or similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an advantage
